Swiss Travel Association SRV supports the "Climate-conscious travel" project
In addition to our patrons DRV and ÖRV, the Swiss Travel Association SRV is now also supporting our "Climate-conscious travel" project - and doing so very actively: in July 2022, the SRV, together with Futouris and Hotelplan, hosted an international kick-off workshop on climate-conscious travel in Glattbrug near Zurich.
Under the moderation of project manager Prof. Dr. Harald Zeiss , the participants discussed initial climate accounting standards for various travel components. These will later be applied in all DACH countries.
Particular attention was paid to the integration of the standards into the Swiss distribution systems, their implementation in practice and training. Discussions are now being continued in an expanded circle.
